Sažetak

Pitanje ljudskih resursa postaje fundamentalno za razvijanje svakog društva bez obzira na karakter društveno ekonomskih odnosa i njihovog uređenja. Potreba da se ljudski resursi organizacije osmisle kao konkurentna prednost znači da menadžment ljudskih resursa mora biti ravnopravan partner u formulaciji, kao i u ostvarivanju ciljeva i strategije organizacije.
