Poreklo i manifestacije mržnje kod poremećaja ličnosti

SažetakU radu su prikazani nastanak i najčešće manifestacije fenomena mržnje kod niskoorganizovanih i visoko organizovanih poremećaja ličnosti. Autori smatraju da svi teški poremećaji ličnosti funkcionišu na graničnom nivou, naročito u fazi depresivne dekompenzacije, tako da su mnoge kliničke manifestacije, uključujući i mržnju, kao kognitivno- afektivni derivat agresivnosti, svih poremećaja ličnosti slične. Preambivalencija, i spliting kao centralni mehanizam odbrane poremećaja ličnosti, određuju i način ispoljavanja osećanja mržnje, koja, uz persekutorni strah i depresiju, predstavlja bazični afekt graničnih pacijenata. Kratko je diskutovan i problem mržnje u psihoterapiji poremećaja ličnosti, odnosno, njene transferne i kontratransferne manifestacije.
