Uticaj hiperbarične oksigenacije na oksidacioni stres kod pacijenata sa dijabetesom melitusom tip 2

Sažetak

Cilj studije jeste da dokažemo da se tokom terapije hiperbaričnom oksigenacijom ne povećavaju parametri oksidacionog stresa u odnosu na stanje pre početka terapije, kod bolesnika sa dijabetesom melitusom tip 2. Praćeno je 24 bolesnika podeljenih u dve grupe prema težini vaskularnih oštećenja po Wagneru. Krv za analizu uzimana je pre početka, a zatim 3, 5, 7. i 10. dana terapije hiperbaričnom oksigenacijom, a određivani su parametri oksidacionog stresa: indeks lipidne peroksidacije, superoskid anijon radikal i vodonik-peroksid. Primena hiperbarične oksigenacije nije dovela do povećanja nivoa posmatranih parametara oksidacionog stresa tokom terapije u odnosu na stanje pre terapije. Hiperbarična oskigenacija ne utiče na povećanje oksidacionog stresa kod bolesnika sa dijabetes melitusom tip 2, bez obzira na težinu perifernih vaskularnih oštećenja.
