Suzbijanje prouzrokovača čađave pegavosti lista i krastavosti plodova jabuke (Venturia inaequalis) u organskoj proizvodnji

Sažetak
Osnovna tehnologija suzbijanja V. inaequalis u organskoj proizvodnji zasniva se na upotrebi preparata na bazi bakra i sumpora. Dodatna tretiranja sa krečnim sumporom izvode se tokom padavina kada dolazi do klijanja spora na lišću. Prognoza pojave bolesti mora biti veoma precizna, da bi se sa minimalnim brojem tretiranja obezbedila preventivna zaštita. Jedan od sistema prognoze koji se uspešno koristi u organskoj proizvodnji je 'RIMpro' prognoza. Osim primene preventivnih mera zaštite, u cilju uspešnog suzbijanja V. inaequalis veoma je značajno i smanjenje infekcionog potencijala, kao i gajenje sorti jabuke koje poseduju gen otpornosti (Vf gen). Međutim, takve sorte uglavnom nemaju tržišnu vrednost koju poseduju standardne, vodeće sorte jabuke, koje se gaje u integralnoj i konvencionalnoj proizvodnji. Sve ovo čini suzbijanje V. inaequalis veoma komplikovanim i zahtevnim.
