Saznanja o pliometrijskom metodu i načinu njegove primene u treningu utvrđena analizom različitih informacionih izvora

Sažetak

Različiti pisani informacioni izvori, danas, pružaju mogućnost uvida u saznanja iz različitih oblasti nauke i struke. Od njihovog kvaliteta direktno zavisi i mogućnost da se čitalac dodatno obrazuje i time usavrši postojeći nivo saznanja o određenim pojavama. Ovaj rad se bavi analizom različitih primarnih i sekundarnih informacionih izvora iz oblasti sporta sa ciljem otkrivanja postojećih saznanja o pliometrijskom metodu i njegovoj primeni u treningu. Analiza stručne literature doprinela je mogućnosti prepoznavanja osnovnih principa primene pliometrijskog metoda, posebno principa individualizacije u treningu. Analiza naučne periodike je pokazala da su istraživanja koja su se odnosila na primenu pliometrijskog metoda, u poslednjih 5 godina, bavila različitim problemima. U ovom radu ona su grupisana u odnosu na određene tematske oblasti koje su bile predmet tih istraživanja, ili grupe istraživanja.
