Menadžment performansi u međunarodonom menadžmentu ljudskih resursa - rezultati istraživanja u centralno-istočnoj Evropi

Sažetak

Menadžment performansi (PM) je veoma značajan proces u okviru menadžmenta ljudskih resursa ('HRM'). Podrazumeva procenu trenutnih ili prethodnih rezultata ili performansi zaposlenih, timova ili celokupne organizacije. Ovaj proces je osnova za mnoge druge HRM aktivnosti kao što su utvrđivanje potrebe za obukom, novim zapošljavanjem, razvoj karijere, nagrađivanje i dr. U bogatoj literaturi u ovoj oblasti ističe se da je PM kompleksan proces, naročito ukoliko se u kontekstu istraživanja posmatra globalno tržište i poslovanje. Ovaj rad istražuje performans menadžment sa spektra međunarodnog menadžmenta ljudskih resursa (IHRM). Osnovni cilj ovog istraživanja bio je istraživanje performans menadžmenta u kontekstu IHRM-a i odnosa između postojanja formalnih sistema procene (FAS) i organizacionih performansi. Istraživanje je sprovedeno kroz teorijsku i empirijsku analizu koja je bazirana na podacima iz 'CRANET' projekta. Metodologija koja je korišćena u radu obuhvatila je tehnike kao što su deskriptivna statistika i independent t-test, primenom programa SPSS. Autori su istražili podatke iz organizacija iz sedam zemalja regiona centralno-istočne Evrope.
