Identifikacija talenata u fudbalu

Sažetak

Rana identifikacija talenta jedan je od najvažnijih koncepata u savremenom sportu. Osnovna premisa koja stoji iza programa identifikacija talenata jeste da je razvoj mladih sportista najadekvatniji ako sportista trenira u sportu za koji je predisponiran. Da bi se takvi programi razvili, neophodno je upoznati se sa osnovnim pojmovima i etapama procesa identifikacije i razvoja talenata, a zatim otkriti faktore koji doprinose uspehu. U ovom radu ukazano je na muldisciplinarnost procesa identifikacije talenata u fudbalu. U skladu sa prethodnim prepoznati su potencijalni prediktori talenta u fudbalu u prostoru: fizičkih svojstava, fizioloških svojstava, specifičnih veština i psiholoških svojstava. Sagledavanje problematike upotpunjeno je razmatranjem uticaja genetike i procesa sazrevanja na prediktore talenta.
