Fizičko vaspitanje i antropološki status dece predškolskog uzrasta

Sažetak

Nivo fizičke aktivnosti vrlo je važan aspekt u vaspitnom i zdravstvenom smislu u radu sa decom predškolskog uzrasta. Sve se češće govori o problemu sedentarnog načina života koji pogađa, između ostalih, i decu. Rešenje tog problema je u adekvatnoj i učestaloj primeni fizičkog vežbanja u okviru fizičkog vaspitanja, ili drugih oblika fizičkih aktivnosti. Postoji veliki broj istraživanja i u svetu i kod nas koja se bave ovom tematikom ispitujući pritom i antropološki status dece i kako fizičkim vežbanjem pozitivno delovati na njegovo unapređivanje. Za potrebe ovog istraživanja preglednog karaktera izdvojena su 43 rada koja se bave fizičkim vaspitanjem i antropološkim statusom dece predškolskog uzrasta. Radovi su analizirani upotrebom deskriptivno-eksplikativne metode i metode teorijske analize, a potom klasifikovani upotrebom nekoliko parametara (vrsta i trajanje istraživanja, uzorak ispitanika, uzorak mernih instrumenata, rezultat istraživanja), interpretirani i diskutovani. Prikazano je kojim se sve pitanjima autori bave i do kojih rezultata i zaključaka dolaze istražujući ovu tematiku. Dosadašnja istraživanja u fizičkoj kulturi mogu da ukažu na put kojim treba ići u daljim radovima na ovu temu.
