The humane society on the third wave: Lessons from Yugoslavia
6. Postojanje slobodne konkurencije svih oblika svojine sem društvene. 7. Postojanje slobodnog korišćenja svih oblika poslovnih subjekata. 8. Postojanje slobodnog povezivanja poslovnih subjekata u takozvane reprodukcione zajednice poslovnih subjekata, koje međusobno konkurišu. 9. Ostvareno tržište robe, novca i specifično tržište radne snage. 10. Ostvarenje sklada između tržišta i plana, realizacijom naizgled apsurdne parole, 'što više plana, to više tržišta'. 11. Planiranje obrazovanja i naučnog rada. 12. Planiranje vaspitanja. 13. Osnivanje kadrovske Humanističke partije nužne za postavljanje i ostvarenje ovoga Programa.
Abstract
At a round table conference held in Belgrade in the first half of 1995 on the theme noted in the above mentioned heading the author has particularly emphasized that a new time is coming, a time capitalism, as a dominant world system, will be surpassed in a dialectic, historical and qualitative way, by the humane society as new social-economic formation whose main features are the following. 1. The central point - the axis around which it rotates the whole political-economic system of the mentioned formation is man-as-settmanager who, in carrying out his functions unconditionally, will use the achievements of the Third wave, cybernetic-informative tools. 2. At the top of the system of values of such a formation is not profit, like in capitalism but the optimum material taste and the maximum intellectual enrichment of each citizen and society in general. 3. In order to achieve that, it is necessary that the low degree of the standard of living becomes the amount of value for the lowest personal income - the monthly salary, as the value from which the unit price of simple labor can be established. 4. The established lowest personal income - the lowest salary - becomes the measure for the establishment of the price of present labor, past labor, and in accordance with that, the so-called distribution of personal income, i. e. the salary policy, and the internal, primary and secondary distribution. 5. The distribution of personal income must be realized in accordance with work and the results of work. 6. The existence of free competition of all forms of property except so-called public property. 7. The existence of free use of all forms of business subjects. 8. The existence of five binding of business subjects in the so-called reproductive associations of business subjects which are, of course, in competitive relations. 9. Achieved markets of goods, money and specific market of labor. 10. The accomplished harmony between the market and planning, achieving the seemingly absurd slogan, 'the greater planning, the greater the market'. 11. The planning of educational and scientific work. 12. The planning of upbringing. 13. The establishing of one humanistic party; the main feature being, that this party will assemble the affirmed humanists, who are indispensable for setting up and completing this Program. The discussion at the mentioned round table has started, thanks to the preparation for the printing of this authors book of the same title, which has been published in the meantime. Let me say that the motto of my discussion will be the words Karl Marx said in 1844: 'That communism as perfect naturalism is humanism, as perfect humanism it is naturalism, it is the truthful solution to the struggle between man and nature, between man and man, me truthful solution to struggle between existence and essence, between objectification and self-confirmation, between liberty and inevitability, between the individual and humankind.' Nevertheless, we can ask ourselves why humanism is in the focus of our attention. The answer is that humanism is the live and historical response to widespread violence, which in present days rages in variety of forms on all coordinates of our planet Earth.
