Savremene tendencije u proceni ličnosti
Contemporary tendencies in personality assessment
U oblasti teorije ličnosti dominantna paradigma je petofaktorski model ličnosti, u oblasti klasifikacija DSM i ICD sistemi, a u oblasti metoda veliki broj novih instrumenata, većinom upitničkog tipa. Rad daje pregled aktuelnih tendencija u oblasti procene ličnosti, a detaljnije razmatra i novi način prezentacije podataka dobijenih procenom.
Abstract
Personality assessment is a basic discipline of the clinical psychology. It has been revitalized over the last decade owing to the improvements made in the fields on which it is based: development of personality theories, classification systems and methods. Five-factor model of personality is the most dominant paradigm in the field of theory of personality, DSM and ICD systems are the most predominant in the field of classification while large number of methods, mostly those of the questionnaire type are prevailing in the field of methods. The paper reviews actual trends in the field of personality assessment and addresses new way of presentation of data obtained by assessment in more detail. It is Collaborative assessment developed by Finn and collaborators, and it introduces postmodern perspective in the field of personality assessment, integrates diagnostics and therapy and offers possible solutions for numerous dilemmas of the classic diagnostic assessment (information-gathering model of assessment).
