Burnout i kvalitet života kod radnika u prehrambenoj industriji - pilot studija u Srbiji

Sažetak

Uvod/Cilj. Burnout (sindrom izgaranja) kao posledica dugotrajnog stresa na radnom mestu može ozbiljno da naruši zdravlje i kvalitet života eksponiranih radnika. U svetu se posvećuje mnogo pažnje prevenciji burnout-a, a metode za njegovo ispitivanje stalno se usavršavaju. U Srbiji još uvek ne postoje istraživanja te vrste. Cilj ove studije bio je da se ispitivanjem uticaja burnout-a na kvalitet života radnika prehrambene industrije u Nišu skrene pažnja istraživača u Srbiji na ovaj fenomen i da se utvrdi mogućnost primene inostranih standardizovanih upitnika na populaciju radnika na ovom podneblju. Metode. Ispitivanje je sprovedeno u Zavodu za zdravstvenu zaštitu radnika Niš u periodu od 2008. do 2009. godine, na uzorku od 489 radnika uz primenu standardizovanih upitnika za burnout (CBI) i kvalitet života (ComQoL-A5). Analiza pouzdanosti skala za merenje izgaranja i kvaliteta života vršena je izračunavanjem Cronbach α koeficijenta. Za procenu uticaja izgaranja na poslu na pokazatelje kvaliteta života korišćena je linearna regresiona analiza. Rezultati. Vrednosti Cronbach α koeficijenata ukazuju na visoku pouzdanost skala za merenje ličnog izgaranja (0,87), profesionalnog izgaranja (0,86) i subjektivnog kvaliteta života (0,83). Utvrđene su povećane vrednosti skorova kako za pojavu ličnog izgaranja (60,0), tako i za profesionalno izgaranje (67,9). Kao najvažnije odrednice za svoj kvalitetan život ispitanici su naveli odnose sa porodicom i prijateljima (10,8), zdravlje (9,1) i osećaj sigurnosti (8,0). Produktivnost (6,8), emocionalno blagostanje (6,6) i materijalna dobra (4,5) imali su manji uticaj na njihov kvalitet života. Međutim, porast skora izgaranja na poslu za 1 statistički je značajno povezan sa opadanjem interskorova za subjektivni kvalitet života u domenima zdravlja (B = -0,097), odnosa sa porodicom i prijateljima (B = -0,048), sigurnosti (B = - 0,061) i osećanja pripadanja zajednici (B = -0,105). Nije dokazana statistički značajna povezanost između izgaranja na poslu i subjektivnog kvaliteta života u domenima produktivnosti, materijalnog i emocionalnog blagostanja. Zaključak. Kod proizvodnih radnika u prehrambenoj industriji postoji visoko prisustvo burnout-a kako ličnog, tako i na radnom mestu. Dokazana je negativna korelacija između burnout-a i subjektivne procene kvaliteta života što može imati ozbiljne posledice po zdravlje radnika, ali i produktivnost njihovih kompanija. Upitnici koje smo koristili (CBI i Com QolA5) mogu se smatrati validnim istrumentima za ovu vrstu ispitivanja u Srbiji.
