Problemi upitničke operacionalizacije dimenzija Grejove teorije osetljivosti na potkrepljenje

Sažetak

Modifikujući Ajzenkov model ličnosti, Džefri Grej je rotirao dimenzije ekstraverzija i neuroticizam za 450, što je imalo za posledicu pojavu dve nove dimenzije: impulsivnost (sistem bihevioralne aktivacije - BAS) i anksioznost (sistem bihevioralne inhibicije - BIS). Cilj ovog istraživanja je doprinos proveri Grejovog modela ličnosti na osnovu utvrđivanja metrijskih karakteristika BIS-BAS skale, koja predstavlja upitničku operacionalizaciju Grejovih konstrukata. U istraživanju je učestvovalo 476 ispitanika, starosti od 17 do 76 godina. Primenjene su BIS/BAS skala (BIS/BAS scale, Carver & White, 1994) i Big Five Inventory (BFI; John Donahue & Kentle, 1991, prema John & Srivastava, 1999). Pokušaj replikacije originalnog četvorofaktorskog rešenja u analizi BIS/BAS skale nije dao očekivane rezultate. Ekstrahovana su tri faktora, imenovana kao Sistem bihevioralne inhibicije, BAS-težnja ka uzbuđenju i BAS-drive. Psihometrijske karakteristike BIS/BAS skale nisu zadovoljavajuće. Zajedničkom faktorskom analizom skupa promenljivih koji čine dimenzije BIS/BAS upitnika i dimenzije upitnika BFI izolovana su tri faktora, imenovana kao aktivna težnja ka nagradi, traženje senzacija i anksioznost. Rezultati se mogu u najopštijem smislu posmatrati kao podrška Ajzenkovom modelu, ali se mogu pripisati i neuspehu u pokušaju upitničke operacionalizacije Teorije osetljivosti na potkrepljenje.
