In this paper authors have presented the forecasting and decision support systems in modern business systems management. The last, fourth, phase of EPPA analyzes, witch is a problem quantification phase that process data collected in previous phases of shown EPPA method. All four components that are going to be quantified by the expert team, are defined in this paper. These components are: problem complexity and priority, as well as its financial and time component.
