Pristup ponderisane sume preferiranih nivoa performansi u rešavanju problema u menadžmentu ljudskih resursa

Sažetak

Na savremenom tržištu i konkurentnim uslovima poslovanja, ljudski resursi predstavljaju osnovu za ostvarivanje dugoročnog uspeha i ključni resurs za postizanje konkurentske prednosti. Stoga, zaposleni predstavljaju jedan od osnovnih strateških resursa organizacije. Proces regrutacije i selekcije kadrova ima veoma značajnu ulogu u menadžmentu ljudskih resursa, koji teži da obezbedi organizaciji motivisano i kompetentne kadrove. Stoga, glavni cilj rada je da predstavi pristup rešavanju problema u menadžmentu ljudskih resursa, tj. selekcije kadrova baziran na primeni nedavno predložene metode višekriterijumskog odlučivanja. Metodologija primenjena u ovom radu se bazira na metodi ponderisanih nivoa performansi (WS PLP) prilagođene u cilju analiza baziranih na preferencijama donosioca odluka. Težine kriterijuma se određuju korišćenjem Step-wise Weight Assessment Ratio Analysis (SWARA) metode. Konačan redosled rangiranih alternativa je uspostavljen korišćenjem ponderisanog operatora agregacije. Primenljivost i efikasnost predloženog pristupa su razmatrani u numeričkom primeru izbora menadžera ljudskih resursa. Kao rezultat toga, utvrđeno je da se WS PLP pristup može uspešno primeniti za rešavanje problema izbora kadrova. Predloženi višekriterijumski pristup je jednostavan za korišćenje, efektivan i adaptivan, u zavisnosti od cilja koji se želi postići. Osim toga, predloženi pristup se lako može modifikovati u cilju rešavanja drugih problema.
