Sažetak

Proces evaluacije indikatora održivosti sa aspekta njihove važnosti za donošenje odluka u rudarskim kompanijama (Rudarsko-topioničarski basen Bor, RTB) može značajno uticati na stabilan ekonomski rast i razvoj zemlje. Cilj rada je da se implementacijom višekriterijumskog odlučivanja rangiraju indikatori održivosti sa aspekta njihove važnosti. Suština problema je da se smanji subjektivizam pri donošenju odluka u vezi održivog razvoja u rudarskim kompanijama koje su nosioci privrednog razvoja zemlje. U radu je primenjena PROMETHEE metoda za evaluaciju indikatora održivosti. Rangirane su tri alternative (indikatori održivosti) i šest kriterijuma koji utiču na ukupan rezultat procene. Dobijeni rezultat ukazuje menadžerima značaj pojedinih indikatora održivosti i način njihovog tretiranja prilikom planiranja i upravljanja, a u cilju opstanka rudarskih kompanija.
