Sažetak

Glavni cilj ovog rada je da predstavi merenje tehničke efikasnosti linija mreže sistema javnog gradskog transporta putnika (JGTP). Za tu svrhu korišćena je neparametarska DEA analiza koja se uspešno koristi za kvantifikaciju tehničke i ekonomske efikasnosti. Rezultati pokazuju da linije na mreži mogu biti efikasne ili neefikasne u smislu postizanja kvaliteta koji se posmatra iz perspektive korisnika. Tako, za posmatrani slučaj sistema JGTP u Gradu Nišu, za sve neefikasne linije određeni su primeri dobre prakse, kao i nivo kvaliteta kao imperativ za ove linije.
