Determinante stavova prosvetnih radnika prema inkluzivnom obrazovanju

Sažetak

Uprkos tome što se najčešće ne bave suštinskim pitanjima inkluzije, merenja stavova su jedan od glavnih fokusa istraživanja u ovoj oblasti. Cilj ovog istraživanja je utvrđivanje stavova prosvetnih radnika prema inkluzivnom obrazovanju, kao i mogući uticaj varijabli u vezi sa nastavnicima (pol, starost, radno iskustvo, obuka za rad u inkluzivnom okruženju i bračni status) na ove stavove. Uzorak čini dvesta petnaest prosvetnih radnika iz četiri osnovne i dveju srednjih škola. Za ispitivanje stavova prosvetnih radnika korištena je multidimenzionalna skala stavova prema inkluzivnom obrazovanju (eng. The Multidimensional Attitudes Toward Inclusive Education Scale - MATIES) (Mahat, 2008). Za prikazivanje prosečnih vrednosti korištena je as, a od statističkih testova t-test za nezavisne i zavisne uzorke, jednofaktorska analiza varijanse i Pirsonova korelacija. Rezultati istraživanja pokazuju da nastavnici naginju ka pozitivnim stavovima u svim trima dimenzijama skale. Nastavnici sa manje od deset godina radnog iskustva imaju pozitivnije stavove od onih sa više godina radnog iskustva. Ostale varijable (pol, starost, obuka i bračni status) nisu se pokazale kao statistički značajne determinante stavova prema inkluziji. Kvalitet stavova prosvetnih radnika prema inkluziji ne može se posmatrati kao indikator validnosti koncepta inkluzije, niti služiti kao potvrda efikasnosti inkluzivnih programa - za ovo su neophodne sistematski kontrolisane, longitudinalne, komparativne i eksperimentalne studije, po mogućnosti više fokusirane na same učenike i dinamiku nastavnog procesa.
