Sažetak

Istraživanje prikazano ovim radom ima za cilj da ispita efikasnost metode izrade projekta u posebno pripremljenim uslovima, tj. uz primenu računara, u cilju unapređenja veštine pisanja u okviru kursa iz pravnog engleskog jezika. Početna hipoteza u istraživanju bila je da metoda izrade projekta primenjena na ovaj način može unaprediti veštinu pisanja kod studenata koji izučavaju pravni engleski jezik, te je tu svrhu iniciran projekat u trajanju od dve nedelje u kome je 20 studenata engleskog jezika imalo zadatak da obradi jedan problem iz pravnog engleskog jezika, nezakoniti prestanak radnog odnosa, uz pomoć veb pretrage kao aktivnosti usmerene ka istraživanju izvora na internetu. Planirani ishod projekta bio je da se utvrdi da li studenti mogu da napišu zahtev na osnovu digitalnih resursa ponuđenih u okviru veb pretrage. Vrednovanje napisanih zahteva koje su studenti predali po završenom zadatku obavljeno je uz pomoć rubrika i ono ukazuje da metoda izrade projekta uz primenu računara doprinosi razvoju veštine pisanja kod studenata u okviru kursa Pravni engleski jezik, ali samo do izvesne mere. Analiza ocena koje su studenti dobili u eksperimentu ukazala je na njihov sveukupno bolji uspeh u poređenju sa onim koji su ranije postizali y istoj oblasti. Međutim, pretpostavka da će ovako primenjena metoda izrade projekta osposobiti studente da na odgovarajući način odaberu i primene resurse koji su im ponuđeni, ovim istraživanjem nije potvrđena, čime se otvara prostor za ispitivanja razloga i uzroka zbog kojih se nisu postigli željeni rezultati.
