Sažetak

Intelektualni kapital ima neizostavnu ulogu u procesu stvaranja vrednosti i predstavlja značajnu determinantu tržišnog uspeha firmi. U savremenim uslovima, firme postižu i održavaju konkurentsku prednost mobilizovanjem i profitabilnim korišćenjem intelektualnih resursa. Otuda, cilj ovog rada je da prikaže evolucioni proces intelektualnog kapitala kroz teorijsko ispitivanje različitih teorija. Prvi pomen intelektualnog kapitala je povezan sa resursnim pristupom, zatim sa dinamičkim sposobnostima i na kraju, sa pristupom zasnovanim na znanju. Rad ukazuje na povećani značaj intelektualnog kapitala u savremenim uslovima.
