Sažetak

Rad je posvećen analizi mogućnosti korišćenja projektnog menadžmenta u formiranju sistema menadžmenta znanja i konkretnoj primeni u upravljanju projektom formiranja baze naučenih lekcija u konsultantskoj firmi, koji se realizuje u okviru podprocesa prikupljanja i širenja znanja.
