Uticaj kulture na menadžment ljudskih resursa - kompenzacije i beneficije

Sažetak

Aktivnosti menadžmenta ljudskih resursa (MLjR) poput planiranja, stafinga, obuke i razvoja, performans menadžmenta i kompenzacija uslovljene su kulturnim kontekstom određene zemlje. Veoma značajna istraživanja u oblasti uticaja kulture zemlje na aktivnosti MLjR vršena su u prethodnom periodu, gde se nezaobilazno susreću radovi autora Hofstedea i istraživanja kulturnih dimenzija. Predmet ovog rada je ukazivanje na povezanost između MLjR i kulture jedne zemlje, konkretnije, uslovljenosti organizovanja i sprovođenja aktivnosti MLjR na polju kompenzacija i beneficija u odnosu na kulturne dimenzije okruženja. Cilj rada je da se kroz komparativnu analizu teorijskih dostignuća stranih autora u ovoj oblasti prikaže presek stavova o uticaju kulture na MLjR, ali i pokuša odgovoriti na pitanje kako treba organizovati sistem kompenzacija i beneficija u organizacijama koje posluju u domaćem kulturnom okruženju.
