Samosaosećanje i samopoštovanje kao prediktori psihološke dobrobiti

Sažetak
Osnovni problem ovog rada je ispitivanje kako različiti aspekti slike o sebi, samosaosećanje i samopoštovanje, predviđaju različite mere dobrobiti. Samo saosećanje je relativno Nov psihološki konstrukt i alternativna konceptualizacija slike o sebi, koja podrazumeva stabilan osećaj lične vrednosti koji nije uslovljen dostizanjem vrednovanih ishoda već se crpi iz činjenice da je osoba vredna samim tim što je ljudsko biće. Na osnovu ranijih istraživanja, očekivali smo da će samosaosećanje biti značajan prediktor dobrobiti, a naročito aspekata koji se nazivaju eudamonička dobrobit (eudamonička dobrobit podrazumeva doslednu aktualizaciju ljudskih potencijala). Istraživanje je sprovedeno na uzorku od ukupno 165 ispitanika i primenjene su: Skala globalnog samopoštovanja/Skale dopadanja i kompetencija, Skala samosaosećanja, Skala bazičnih psiholoških potreba, Upitnik eudamoničkih aspekata dobrobiti i Pemberton indeks skale sreće. Rezultati ukazuju da su oba konstrukta jednako značajni prediktori različitih mera dobrobiti. S obzirom na visoku povezanost između mera samopoštovanja i samosaosećanja, nije moguće pronaći jasno empirijsko potkrepljenje za teorijske distinkcije. Ipak, preporučujemo dalje istraživanje konstrukta samosaosećnja, kao potencijalno korisnog za sveobuhvatnije razumevanje slike o sebi, i predlažemo pravce budućih istraživanja.
