Sažetak
Ovaj rad analizira proces formalne i neformalne strateške kontrole i primenu sistema za ocenu i merenje strateških performansi. Razmatra potrebne preduslove za uspešno funkcionisanje strateške kontrole. Ističe neophodnost razvoja sistema za merenje performansi i prednosti empirijski poboljšanih modela. Studija afirmiše ključne principe za izbor i selekciju merila za ocenu strateških performansi. Objašnjava shemu sistema integrisanog biznis planiranja koje dovodi do harmonizacije planskih procesa. Elaborira konstituisanje, razvoj i adaptaciju korporativnog sistema za evaluaciju i merenje strateških performansi. Naglašava važnost kontinuiranog usklađivanja performans merila, performans okvira i poslovne strategije i tretira kao kompleksno i dinamičko pitanje. Nalazi ovog rada prezentiraju, unapređeni model za merenje strateških performansi Telekom operatera.
Abstract
This paper analyzes formal and informal strategic control process and strategic performance measurement and evaluation system applying. It reviews prerequisite need for strategic control function success. This work emphasizes performance measurement systems development necessity and advantage of empirical improvement models. The study affirms key principles for strategic evaluation measure choice and selection. It explains scheme for integration of the business planning system, which leads to the planning processes harmony. It also elaborates constitution, development and adaptation of corporation strategic performance evaluation and measurement system. This work stresses the importance for continual alignment of performance measures and measurement frameworks with business strategy. The findings of this paper presents advanced strategic performance measurement model for telecom operators.
