Pouzdanost testova za procenu maksimalne izometrijske mišićne sile i brzine prirasta sile m. quadriceps femoris-a u otvorenom i zatvorenom kinetičkom lancu u zavisnosti od promene ugla u zglobu kolena

Sažetak

Svrha ovog istraživanja bila je da se proceni pouzdanost testova za procenu mišićne maksimalne izometrijske (Fmaks) i eksplozivne sile (posmatrana kroz brzinu prirasta sile - RFDmaks). Testovi su vršeni za mišić m. quadriceps femoris, u otvorenom (OKL) i zatvorenom (ZKL) kinetičkom lancu, pod 6 različitih uglova u zglobu kolena, u opsegu od 80˚-130˚ (sa promenama od po 10˚, gde 180˚ predstavlja potpuno opruženu nogu). Ispitivana je 'intra-test' (između 3 pokušaja u okviru jedne sesije testiranja) i 'inter-test' (test-retest) pouzdanost, predstavljena ICC koeficijentima. Dodatno, putem ANOVA za ponovljena merenja ispitane su razlike između rezultata postignutih u različitim zglobnim uglovima za isti test, za Fmaks i RFDmaks. Devet studenata FSFV (23.5±1.38 godina) izvodilo je po tri izometrijske kontrakcije, u zadacima: sedeće opružanja potkolenice (OKL) i sedeći nožni potisak (ZKL). Testovi su vršeni u vremenskom redosledu: OKL1-OKL2, ZKL1-ZKL2 (najpre OKL dva puta u razmaku od 72č, a zatim i ZKL po istom principu). Dobijeni rezultati upućuju na zaključak da je ZKL generalno pouzdaniji test, ali da pouzdanost maksimalne izometrijske i eksplozivne sile varira u zavisnosti od odabira zadatka/testa, zglobnog ugla i odabira varijabli za praćenje ('inter' naspram 'intra' i 'avg' naspram 'maks'). Razlike u rezultatima praćenih varijabli između zglobnih uglova upućuju na zaključak da se u OKL mišić ponaša u skladu sa 'F-L (sila- dužina)' relacijom, dok su u ZKL mehanički uslovi koštano-zglobnih poluga od presudnog značaja za ispoljavanje mišićne sile.
