Sila (jačina) i snaga u pokretima čoveka

Sažetak

Zavisnost sile mišića od brzine njegovog skraćenja (tzv. relacija sila- brzina ili Hilova kriva) pokazuje da sposobnost mišića da deluje velikom silom opada sa brzinom njegove kontrakcije. Iz ove osobine mišića direktno se izvodi i zavisnost snage mišića od brzine njegovog skraćenja (tzv. relacija snaga- brzina). Pošto je snaga jednaka proizvodu sile i brzine, ova relacija pokazuje da sa povećanjem brzine skraćenja mišića njegova snaga raste sve dok ne dostigne maksimum, pri oko 1/3 maksimalne brzine. Na osnovu literature, date su definicije i određene relacije sile i snage izolovanog mišića, u realnim pokretima i kod lokomotornog aparata. Diskutovani su uzroci pojave sile i snage kao delimično nezavisnih fizičkih svojstava. Pokazano je da razlike u ispoljavanju jačine i snage mogu da budu znatnim delom izazvane razlikama u strukturi mišića (odnos brzokontrahujućih i sporokontrahujućih mišićnih vlakana), arhitekturi mišića (odnos dužine vlakana i površine fiziološkog preseka), primenjenim treningom, stepenom zamora, promenom temperature kao i biološkim starenjem. Zaključeno je da jačina (sila) i snaga zahtevaju različiti tretman u treningu i testiranju.
