Biodistribucija i metode primene nefrotropnih radiofarmaka

Sažetak

U radu je dat pregled biokinetike i metoda primena nefrotropnih radiofarmaka:99mTc-DTPA, 131J-OJH, 99mTc-MAG,, 99mTc-EC, 99mTc-GH i 99mTc-DMSA. Posebno je analiziran njihov afinitet prema proteinima plazme, stepen i mehanizmi renalne ekstrakcije i distribucije, kao i brzina izlučivan ja urinom. Prikazani su osnovni principi metoda u kojima se koriste radiofarmaci sa različitom renalnom distribucijom, kao i informacije o bubrežnoj funkciji koje se njima mogu dobiti. Zahvaljujući svojim pogodnim fizičkim i biološkim svojstvima radiofarmaci se na neinvazivan način efikasno koriste za kvantitativnu procenu specifičnih funkcija svakog bubrega pojedinačno.
