Sažetak

U ovoj studiji je razvijen i testiran model uravnoteženja privatnog života i posla kod IT profesionalaca, strukturnim modelom (SEM) je analiziran odnos između podrške radnog mesta (WPS) i uticaja posla na privatni život (WIPL), uticaja privatnog života na posao (PLIW), zadovoljstva uravnoteženjem posla i privatnog života (SWLB) i poboljšanja efikasnosti rada (IEW). Model zadovoljavajuće fituje podatke i hipoteze su uglavnom podržane. WPS i SWLB su u negativnoj relaciji u odnosu na WIPL i PLIW. Međutim, postoji pozitivan odnos između SWLB i IEW.
