Mišljenje učenika osnovnih škola o kompetencijama nastavnika fizičkog vaspitanja - uloga pola, uzrasta i treniranja

Sažetak

Dosadašnja istraživanja mišljenja učenika o kompetencijama nastavnika fizičkog vaspitanja upućuju na razlike u zavisnosti od pola i uzrasta i razlika u odnosu na to da li učenici treniraju neki sport van formalne nastave, ali i na problematičnost operacionalizacije upitnika koji su namenjeni proceni kompetencija nastavnika na osnovu procene učenika. Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je utvrđivanje polnih i uzrasnih razlika na dimenzijama Upitnika mišljenja o kompetencijama nastavnika fizičkog vaspitanja, a sporedni cilj bio je usmeren ka ispitivanju njegove latentne strukture. Dodatno, istraživanje teži da ponudi odgovor na pitanje da li je treniranje sporta od strane učenika faktor koji pravi razliku na komponentama ovog upitnika. U istraživanju je učestvovalo 119 učenika (46% muškog pola) uzrasta od 11 do 14 godina sa teritorije Vojvodine. Od ukupnog uzorka 19% učenika pohađa V razred, 31% pohađa VI, 18% pohađa VII, a 32% pohađa VIII razred. Ukupno 64% učenika trenira neki sport. Primenjen je Upitnik mišljenja o kompetencijama nastavnika fizičkog vaspitanja, koji je namenjen proceni kompetencija nastavnika od strane učenika. Faktorskom analizom ekstrahovane su dve glavne komponente upitnika: profesionalne kompetencije i socioemocionalne kompetencije nastavnika. Rezultati upućuju na zaključak da uzrasne razlike na obe komponente upitnika idu u korist mlađih učenika, dok polne razlike nisu detektovane. Razlike u odnosu na treniranje sporta postoje samo u slučaju socioemocionalnih kompetencija nastavnika fizičkog vaspitanja i to u korist onih učenika koji treniraju sport van formalnog obrazovanja. Dobijeni rezultati upućuju na to da su kompetencije nastavnika fizičkog vaspitanja od velike važnosti u periodu rane i srednje adolescencije, te ih je potrebno prilagoditi učenicima u zavisnosti od njihovih sociodemografskih obeležja i naklonjenosti sportu i treniranju.
