Model predikcije uticaja sile na suvom i performanse u plivanju sa perajama - pilot studija

Sažetak

Cilj ovog istraživanja je određivanje modela predikcije koji bi mogao da predvidi rezultate plivanja sa perajama na 50m i 100m. Uzorak ovog istraživanja činilo je 9 plivača sa perajama na takmičarskom nivou. Svi učesnici su plivali maksimalnim intenzitetom sa monofin perajama sa disaljkom na 50 i 100 metara na površini vode. U sledeće dve faze, snaga mišića opružača nogu i mišića opružača potkolenice, merena je u teretani dinamometrom. Rezultati ovog istraživanja su doveli do zaključka o mogućem statističkom značaju regresione analize plivanja sa perajama na 50m sa disaljkom na površini vode. Vrednosti relativne sile mišića opružača potkolenice i noge su bolji prediktori za plivanje sa perajama na 50m. Slični rezultati nisu dobijeni kod plivanja sa perajama na 100m. Ova otkrića verovatno sugerišu da su na kraćim razdaljinama kod plivanja sa perajama na 50m, varijable sile mišića opružača igraju veću ulogu u poređenju sa većom razdaljinom u plivanju sa perajama na 100m. Merenje sile nogu u plivanju sa perajama je od posebnog značaja, pošto su noge uglavnom odgovorne za propulziju kod plivanja sa perajama i treba ih dalje istraživati drugim protokolima sile, različitim vežbanjima i na većem uzorku.
