Sažetak
Tehnička sredstva specijalne namene za merenje i nadzor se ubrzano razvijaju sa ciljem unapređenja održive bezbednosti i elektronske zaštite lica i objekata. Ovaj rad, u širem smislu, daje opštu podelu i primenu inteligentnih infracrvenih senzora u tehničkim sredstvima vojske i policije, dok u užem smislu daje metrološki prikaz pametnih mernih senzora, uređaja i sistema, i načine i oblasti njihove primene. U užem smislu, u radu su detaljno analizirani i prikazani sistemi koji koriste termovizijske kamere. Dat je niz primera iz svetske prakse sa ciljem ilustracije i potvrde značaja primene mernih i nadzornih IC sistema.
