Preliminarne psihometrijske karakteristike srpskih adaptacija skala za samoprocenu poremećaja pažnje i hiperaktivnosti kod odraslih - ASRS-v1.1 i ASRS-5

Sažetak
Cilj ovog istraživanja jeste ispitivanje psihometrijskih karakteristika srpske adaptacije Skale za samoprocenu poremećaja pažnje i hiperaktivnosti kod odraslih (ASRS-v1.1) ček-liste simptoma i njene kraće, trijažne forme, kao i nove, revidirane Trijažne skale samoprocene poremećaja pažnje i hiperaktivnosti kod odraslih bazirane na DSM-5 (ASRS-5). Na uzorku od 226 odraslih iz opšte populacije (43.8% muškog pola) pored ovih skala, zadate su i Skala depresivnosti, anksioznosti i stresa (DASS-21), Dikmanovim inventar impulsivnosti (DII) i pitanja o učestalosti određenih rizičnih ponašanja (učestalost konzumacije alkohola, cigareta i droga, prejedanja i fizičke agresije). Rezultati konfirmatorne faktorske analize idu u prilog jednofaktorskoj strukturi ASRS-5, dok je za ASRS-v1.1 dužu formu najbolje rešenje s tri faktora (nepažnja, hiperaktivnost i impulsivnost), a za kraću formu s dva faktora (nepažnja i hiperaktivnost). Ipak, sličnost profila je velika između izdvojenih faktora, što dovodi u pitanje njihovu diskriminativnu validnost. Sve skale značajno koreliraju sa disfunkcionalnom impulsivnošću i aspektima psihološkog distresa, dok najveći broj korelacija sa rizičnim ponašanjima ostvaruje ASRS-5. Nisu dobijene polne razlike na skalama, dok je dobijena negativna korelacija sa starošću. Može se zaključiti da iako sve skale pokazuju zadovoljavajuće psihometrijske karakteristike, ASRS-5 se preporučuje s obzirom na jasnu jednodimenzionalnu strukturu i nešto bolju validnost.
