Ekonomski efekti terorističkog nasilja

Sažetak
Cilj rada je analizirati i ispitati ekonomske implikacije terorizma, veze između učestalosti terorizma i stanja ekonomije jedne zemlje, kao i predstaviti osnova za analizu terorizma unutar ekonomskih okvira. Terorizam ima više korena i proizvodi višestruke efekte, čime može da doprinese značajnom padu ekonomije jedne države, a u nekim slučajevima može uticati čak i na zemlje koje nisu uključene u aktu. Iako pažnja na opasnost od terorizma često fokusira na smrt i povrede izazvane u terorističkim napadima, akti nasilja takođe mogu da izazovu znatnu ekonomsku štetu. Ekonomska razmatranja dolaze na dnevni red u svim raspravama na ovu temu, ali je svakako bilo teško za naučnike i kreatore politike da se postigne konsenzus o tome kakva je uloga ekonomije u podsticanju terorizma i kako ekonomske analize mogu biti korisne za razumevanje terorizma i u kreiranju strategije i specifične politike u borbi protiv njega.
