Sažetak

Ovaj rad istražuje primenljivost tehnike akustičke emisije (AE) za identifikaciju oštećenja i akumulacije u S-Staklu/TR30-Grafitnim hibridnim laminatima pod ponovljenim kvazi-statičnim opterećenjem. Uzorci su napravljeni od 2 jednosmerna tanka sloja ugljeničnog preprega koja su bila postavljena između 2 standardne prepreg ploče S-stakla. Analiza rezultata AE pokazuje da postoje dve vrste događaja koji se odnose na opsege energije i amplitude signala AE. Utvrđeno je da su signali sa niskim vrednostima povezani sa delaminacijom površine ugljenika/stakla, dok su signali sa visokim vrednostima povezani sa fragmentacijom sloja ugljenika. Postoji više signala AE vezanih za trenje tokom faze rasterećenja od faze učitavanja zbog su-dara i trljanja između postojećih površina pukotina. Povećavanje nivoa naprezanja povećava broj fragmentacija i AE tehnika je u stanju da ga kvantifikuje. Zaključeno je da se tehnika AE može koristiti za procenu broja fragmentacija i može identifikovati evoluciju hibridnog laminata pod ponovljenim kvazi-statičnim opterećenjem zatezanjem.
