Optimizacija postavke postrojenja za proizvodnju specijalnih transformatora - studija slučaja

Sažetak

Rad prikazuje studiju slučaja optimizacije postavke postrojenja za proizvodnju specijalnih transformatora. Permanentna globalna kriza je idealna prilika da kompanije podignu nivo privredne sposobnosti, fleksibilnost i transparentnost operacija i konkurentnost na globalnom tržištu. Jedna od mogućnosti za poboljšanje navedenih karakteristika je smanjenje unutrašnjih troškova iskorišćavanjem sopstvenih resursa. Uz optimalan raspored radnih mesta i opreme, putevi transporta se skraćuju, a time i radno vreme zaposlenih, oslobađaju se transportna sredstva, skraćuje se pripremno-završno vreme i broj pomoćnih skladišta se smanjuje ili se zatvaraju. Kako zaposleni dobijaju više slobodnog vremena mogu ga iskoristiti efikasnije na ono što kupac želi da kupi. Osim toga, sa skraćenjem pripremno-završnog vremena protok materijala postaje brži, skraćuje se vreme čekanja i smanjuje oportunitetni trošak kapitala. Rad prikazuje koje je korake potrebno preduzeti u cilju tranzicije od postojećeg do optimalnog rasporeda radnih mesta i opreme. Za optimizaciju se koristi Bloh-Šmigalov metod trougaone mreže.
