Sažetak
Kod železničkih putničkih vagona danas se javlja veliki broj otkaza usled preterane eksploatacije, tako da je planiranje održavanja složeno i skupo. Posebnu pažnju treba posvetiti planiranju zaliha delova za vagone. Razvijen je model koji korišćenjem podataka dobijenih iz procesa održavanja služi za optimizaciju zaliha delova prema postavljenom nivou pouzdanosti. Podaci o planu rada i popravke vagona, srednje vreme između otkaza i troškova održavanja prikupljeni su u periodu od jedne godine od strane prevoznika za celokupan železnički vozni park. U prvoj fazi razvoja modela primenom metode regresije izrađeni su matematički modeli zavisnosti pouzdanosti sa aspekta vremena korišćenja voza i troškova rezervnih delova za vagone svrstane u grupe prema tehničkim karakteristikama. U drugoj fazi je rešavan problem optimalnih zaliha primenom linearnih metoda programiranja. Novi model može da se koristi u praksi kao alat za optimizaciju potrebnih zaliha delova baziran na postavljenom nivou pouzdanosti opreme i utvrđenim troškovima održavanja.
