Sažetak
Cilj rada je analiza potencijala upotrebe inteligentne ambalaže za pakovanje hrane na tržištu AP Vojvodine. U teorijskom delu rada prikazana su osnovna svojstva inteligentne ambalaže i njen značaj u procesu pakovanja prehrambenih proizvoda. Posebno je naglašena komunikacija inteligentne ambalaže i upakovanog proizvoda sa finalnim potrošačima kroz upotrebu različitih senzora, uređaja za prikupljanje i prenos podataka i indikatora. Na bazi teorijske analize definisana su eksterna ograničenja i prednosti od upotrebe inteligentne ambalaže za finalne potrošače i učesnike lanca snabdevanja prehrambenih proizvoda. U empirijskom delu rada sprovedeno je istraživanje na dva stratuma. Prvi stratum obuhvatio je 117 finalnih potrošača koji su ispitivani o značaju inteligentne ambalaže za njihove navike, odluke i očekivanja u procesu kupovine hrane. U drugom stratumu, koji čine učesnici lanca snabdevanja, na uzorku od 51 privrednog subjekta, analizirani su eksterni faktori ograničenja i očekivane prednosti primene inteligentne ambalaže pri pakovanju hrane na tržištu AP Vojvodine. Rezultati istraživanja su pokazali da su navike i očekivanja finalnih potrošača statistički značajno povezani sa upotrebom inteligente ambalaže u procesu kupovine hrane. Sa druge strane, eksterna ograničenja i očekivane prednosti za učesnike lanca snabdevanja statistički značajno utiču na implementaciju inteligentne tehnologije u pakovanje hrane. Na bazi dobijenih rezultata, definisan je set mera i podsticaja koje nadležne institucije i menadžment lanca snabdevanja moraju preduzeti kako bi se iskoristio potencijal inteligentne ambalaže u pakovanju hrane. Sugestije za buduća istraživanja navedene su u radu.
