Epidemije bolničkih infekcija u Vojvodini

Sažetak
Cilj rada je da se utvrde epidemiološke karakteristike registrovanih epidemija bolničkih infekcija u zdravstvenim ustanovama kao što su bolnice, specijalne stacionarne ustanove (domovi za stare i invalidne osobe) i ambulante opšte medicine na teritoriji Vojvodine. Obuhvaćen je period 1980-2004. godine. Metodama deskriptivne statistike utvrđeno je da se prosečno godišnje registruje 7 epidemija (u rasponu 0-13 epidemija) i 22 obolele osobe po epidemiji ili u rasponu 2-74 osobe u epidemiji bolničkih infekcija. Preko 50% epidemija bolničkih infekcija registruje se u specijalnim ustanovama. Pedijatrijska odeljenja za hospitalizaciju dece mlade od 12 meseci starosti su najčešće (57,5%) uključena u nozokomijalne epidemije u bolnicama. Najveće učešće (31%) u ukupnom broju obolelih ima starosna grupa preko 60 godina. Vodeća oboljenja su iz grupe crevnih zaraznih bolesti gde letalitet iznosi 1,8%, što je 10 do 100 puta vise od letalitcta u opštoj populaciji. Vodeći (70%) put prenošenja bolničkih infekcija je direktan i indirektan kontakt, što ukazuje na nedovoljnu primenu mera opšte i lične higijene (pranje ruku) kao najefikasnije mere sprečavanja i suzbijanja bolničkih infekcija.
