Nezaposlenost - naturalizacija ili endogenizacija

Sažetak
U postkejnzijanističkim analizama hysteresis-argument figurira kao momenat koji bitno doprinosi objašnjenju nezaposlenosti. Hysteresisom se dokazuje da su svi elementi makroekonomskih modela simultano endogeni. Nisu potrebni egzogeni šokovi da sistem promeni svoje 'staze'. Pored toga, hysteresisom se integrišu dugoročni momenti u analizu, shodno tome se razvijaju modeli koji predstavljaju dugoročnu aplikaciju Keynesove teorije o tražnji. Napokon hysteresis-argumentom se objašnjavaju nastale kontigentne razlike u nezaposlenosti. Postkejnzijanistička analiza naglašava različitosti između demografskih grupa u pogledu nezaposlenosti. Shodno tome, naglašava se značaj uvažavanja empirijskih-istorijskih dimenzija teorije zaposlenosti. Na primer neto efekat protekcije zaposlenosti na nezaposlenost, protivno drugim teorijama, sagledava se kao iskustveno pitanje. Postkejnzijanci ne prihvataju standardna objašnjenja koja se zasnivaju na tome da su tržišne rigidnosti ili rigidnosti na strani rada uzrok dramatičnog povećavanja nezaposlenosti. Razlog je pad agregativne tražnje koji se posreduje kroz partikularne institucije tržišta rada i institucije ekonomske politike. Shodno tome, generalizacije su nedostatne i ekonomska politika se mora okrenuti prema istorijsko-kontingentnim momentima nezaposlenosti.
