Sažetak
U radu su diskutovane različite forme savremenog razvijenog kapitalizma i kontroverze u vezi sa razlikama vs sličnostima istih. Ključne karakteristike pojedinih formi funkcionišućeg kapitalizma predstavljene su u formi recentnih nedoumica u kontekstu konvergencije vs divergencije kapitalizma na globalnom planu. Posebna pažnja posvećena je u drugom delu radu američkom tipu kapitalizma, njegovim prednostima, slabostima, dominantnim i supremativnim pozicijama u sadašnjosti i projekcijama budućnosti, kao i globalnim karakteristikama globalnog kapitalizma. Pristup je u teorijskom smislu heterogen, s obzirom da su diskutovani različiti teorijski pristupi neo/institucionalni, konvencionalni, internacionalni polit-ekonomski Dilema da li će se tipovi kapitalizama, upražnjavani van američkog neo-liberalnog uspeti da održe u bliskoj i/ili daljoj vremenskoj instanci ili će se normalizovati upravo na tržišno-orijentisanom anglo-saksonskom kapitalizmu ostaje i ubuduće pitanje koje treba konsekventno proučavati i projicirati.
