Sažetak
Rad tematizuje teorijsku i empirijsku disperziju lokacija devizno-kursnih aranžmana na relaciji rigidni-središnji-fleksibilni režimi u kontekstu ekstremnosti valutnih odbora, dolarizacije i monetarne unije, umerenosti središnjih (prilagodljivi pariteti, pokretni pariteti i target zone), i imperativno procesualne "normalizacije" u formi rukovođenih i sistema slobodnog fluktuiranja. Ustanovljeno je da de jure i de facto klasifikacija generišu "strah od plivanja" i "strah od fiksiranja". "Nemoguće trojstvo" u uslovima kapitalne liberalizacije i globalizacije kreira bipolarno gledište ili hipotezu nestajanja središnjih deviznih režima.
