Sažetak
(ne postoji na srpskom)
In the paper author points out some characteristics of the labor market, interrelation of earnings, domestic product and living costs in developed countries with market economy. In order to get answer which policy of salaries should be applied in the period of economic recovery and stabilization. Labor market is more complicated than capital and goods market because of the nature of labor as the production factor and specific feature of its supply and demand. This characteristics of the labor market influences on salaries policy. On the other hand, the analysis of labor costs trends, domestic product and living costs in developed countries in the west shows that labor prices have nominally increased speedier than living Cost but slower than nominal domestic product growth. Concrete recommendation for the policy of salaries was given. Establishing of earning structure by qualification in collective agreement should be left out. The only regulation on labor prices should be the attitude on minimal labor prince. Also, the regulation on coordination of the labor prices and living costs should be omitted. The limitation of earnings growth and manager s salaries should be included. At the end author concludes that strategy of salaries in the stabilization period should be more moderate than growth of domestic product and financial results of the enterprises. Salaries should be in function of the employment growth and efficient labor allocation, while social justice should be realized by tax and social policy.
