Crisis, management and innovations

Abstract
The paper deal with the role, the tasks and the possibilities of management and managers in overcoming our crisis. It is undoubtedly that management and managers are necessary, in our economy and society because without them there is no efficient business and leadership and consequently over coming economic crisis. All innovations are changes, but all changes are not innovations. A change of innovative character is a kind of change. Innovations present the most efficient way for creating a competitive advantage on the national and international market. In an innovative organization the management should be inclined and capable to initiate support and apply changes of innovative character. A considerable concentration of power is necessary for more important discontinuous innovations. An innovative manager possess creative and innovative abilities and is professional and expert in business. In an organization even small changes, an not to mention those of innovative character, are not possible without the management's support.
