Abstract
City planning is a complex task and work in the face with his space and natural resources that expose the exploitation and unsustainable change. So often without environmental responsibility and the imperative of creating measures superstructure, no matter how much value disrupt the environment, and whether such relationships create a better society, better network of urban settlements and a better man. At that affect our knowledge which is often due to a variety of doctrines and legislative regulations that are applied in the planning and management space. From this it can be seen that modern architecture did not contribute to the creation of better cities. Then, urban planning is mainly restricted to the regulation and neglecting the creative action, regional-planning is lost in theoretical research, while the consideration of the whole problem, as it were abandoned. In addition, in today's transitional conditions with the dominant urban crisis already recognized the unsustainable mix, and identification of '2D' and '3D' terminology, which only indicates that the planning area governed transition trends. This untenable state of affairs in the transitional planning of urban areas most suitable pseudo-urbanization, sub-urbanization, unbalanced ecoreciprocity, nonstandard construction of the urban tissue, discontinuity inherited and newly constructed urban substance. In this regard, consequently expressed a negative environmental legacy of reproduction and increased the effect of the negative effects of greenhouse gases from the threatening climate change, which only shows that urban planners are not sinless and, as a more or less (un) consciously complicit and participate in the contamination of urban and environment. In the end, it definitely guides us to the need to leave or transformation of the previous concept of planning and urbanization, which of us greatly and led to today's threatening effects of greenhouse gases. On this basis, identifiable needs articulation of the concept of sustainable integrated with a high degree of urban eco-awareness, knowledge and skills of all professions that participate in the planning and construction of sustainable eco-urban development built environment.
