Povratna logistika u funkciji održivog rasta porodičnih kompanija

Sažetak
Upravljanje otpadom (potencijalno opasnim po životnu sredinu), a koji generišu kompanije poslujući u raznim industrijama, beleži pionirske korake na razvojnom putu Republike Srbije ka Evropskoj uniji. Rad proističe iz analize primera modela povratne logistike koji su obezbedili stabilan rast porodičnim kompanijama koje imaju svest o očuvanju životne sredine i mogućnostima kontinuirane upotrebe već korišćenih resursa. Pregledom literature nameće se logičan zaključak da je značajan deo poslovnih aktivnosti u porodičnim kompanijama bar u jednom svom delu povezan sa povratnom logistikom, odnosno sa pronalaženjem načina kako efektivno iskoristiti proizvode na kraju životnog ciklusa, da bi se postigli još bolji rezultati prodaje. Preciznije, rad analizira postojeće primere i efekte primene povratne logistike u porodičnim kompanijama, koji bi mogli biti shvaćeni kao uspešni pri projektovanju održivih organizacija. Identifikovani su i preduslovi (ograničenja) za uspešno sprovođenje modela povratne logistike u porodičnim kompanijama, a najuticajniji faktori su industrija u kojoj kompanija posluje i konkretne odluke vlasnika kompanije, kao glavnog donosioca odluka. Identifikovane su specifičnosti porodičnih kompanija u pogledu maksimalnog iskorišćenja potencijala povratne logistike, izbegavanjem ograničenja koje važe za neporodične kompanije.
