Sažetak
U radu je prikazan model podrške odlučivanju prilikom izbora mesta (lokacije) za prelazak tenkova pod vodom u sklopu savlađivanja vodenih prepreka tenkovskim jedinicama Vojske Srbije. Model ima dve faze, definisanje težinskih koeficijenata kriterijuma primenom metoda rangiranja i izbor najpovoljnije alternative primenom metode MAIRCA (MultiAtributive Ideal-Real Comparative Analysis). Rad je fokusiran na primenu metode MAIRCA, kao novije metode koja se pojavila u oblasti odlučivanja. Ova metoda zasnovana je na iznalaženju rešenja koje je najbliže idealnom, kroz identifikovanje najbolje vrednosti alternative po posmatranom kriterijumu i merenjem udaljenosti ostalih alternativa po posmatranom kriterijumu od idealne vrednosti. Takođe, kroz rad su razrađeni kriterijumi koji ovaj izbor uslovljavaju i prikazana primena metode u konkretnoj situaciji.
Abstract
This paper presents a decision support model for the selection of the site (location) for crossing tanks under water as part of the overcoming of water obstacles by the Serbian army tank units. The model has two phases, defining the weight coefficients of the criteria using the method of ranking and selecting the most favorable alternative using the MAIRCA method (MultiAtributive Ideal-Real Comparative Analysis). The paper focuses on the application of the MAIRCA method, as a newer method that has emerged in the field of decision making. This method is based on finding the solution closest to the ideal one, through identifying the best value of the alternative according to the observed criterion and measuring the distance of other alternatives according to the observed criterion of the ideal value. Also, through the work are elaborated the criteria that this choice conditional and the presented application of the method in the concrete situation.
