Sažetak
U radu se razmatraju pojedinosti u vezi transformacije teorije i prakse upravljanja u uslovima globalizacije. Poseban fokus je na potrebi da se koristi integrisani pristup u uspešnom rešavanju problema upravljanja kako bi se obezbedio kontinuirani razvoj organizacije. Predložen je algoritam za formiranje sistema upravljanja ciljevima organizacije u neizvesnim uslovima. Naglašena je odlučujuća uloga menadžera u poboljšanju efikasnosti procesa upravljanja timom stručnjaka. Prikazani su mehanizmi efikasnog korišćenja materijalnih i intelektualnih resursa organizacije u procesu upravljanja kako bi se zadovoljile potrebe potrošača. Važno mesto u studiji posvećeno je proučavanju uticaja ljudskog faktora u restrukturiranju organizacije.
Abstract
The peculiarities of the transformation tasks of the theory and practice of management in the conditions of globalization are considered. Attention is focused on the need to use an integrated approach in the successful solution of management problems to ensure the continuous development of the organization. An algorithm is proposed for the formation of a system of organization management objectives under conditions of uncertainty. The decisive role of the manager in improving the efficiency of the process of managing the team of specialists is emphasized. The mechanisms of effective use of the material and intellectual resources of the organization in the management process to meet the needs of consumers are disclosed. An important place in the study is devoted to studying the influence of the human factor in the restructuring of the organization.
