Sažetak
U radu je prikazan bolesnik star 56 godina sa teškom formom importovane malarije uzrokovane Plasmodijum falciparum-om. Kod njega je registrovana hiperparazitemija eritrocita >30%, a u toku bolesti došlo je do razvoja disfunkcije CNS, teške anemije, akutne bubrežne insuficijencije, diseminovane intravenske koagulacije sa manifestnim hemoragijskim sindromom, ikterusa, enterokolitisa, pneumonije i stafilokoknog endokarditisa. Zbog hiperparazitemije i brojnih komplikacija primenjeni su antimalarici u vidu parenteralnih preparata kinioina (1 200 mg/dan) i artemethera (160 mg/dan) i izvršena je izmena inficiranih eritrocita sa 2,5 litara suspenzije zdravih eritrocita. Sprovedena je hemodijaliza i devetonedeljna antistafilokona terapija. U šoku lečenjq primenjeni su preparati deplazmatisane krvi, koncentrovanih trombocita, sveže smrznute plazme, krioprecipitata, humanih albumina i imunoglobulina, uz korekciju elektrolitnog dizbalansa, primenu diuretika, kardiotonika, antiaritmika, anksiolitika, antipsihotika i antidepresiva. Dva meseca nakon prijema bolesnik je otpušten iz Klinike u dobrom opštem stanju, sa urednim kliničko-laboratorijskim nalazima.
