Feministička kritika diskursa liderstva sa posebnim osvrtom na teoriju transformacionog liderstva

Sažetak
Poslednjih decenija žene sve više osvajaju liderske pozicije koje su tradicionalno pripadale muškarcima.Osvajanje liderskih pozicija od strane žena, uključujući i one najviše, kao i razvoj teorije transformacionog liderstva dovelo je do većeg interesovanja za naučno proučavanje odnosa roda i teorije transformacionog liderstva. Za razliku od dominantnih teorija liderstva, feminističke teorije poslednjih nekoliko decenija ponudile su nove teorijske i istraživačke koncepte koji mogu doprineti boljem shvatanju uloge roda u proučavanju liderstva i organizacija. U ovom radu nastojale smo da istražimo kako se različite feminističke teorije, proistekle iz tri talasa feminizma, prepliću sa studijama roda i transformacionog liderstva. Kroz prikaz i analizu dominantnih teorija liderstva, sa posebnim osvrtom na teoriju transformacionog liderstva, te njihovu analizu iz feminističke perspektive, pokušale smo da prikažemo kako svaka od feminističkih teorija naglašava drugačiji aspekt u shvatanju roda i transformacionog liderstva. Takođe, u ovom radu, nastojale smo da prikažemo kako svaka od feminističkih teorija ima određene teorijske i metodološle prednosti i slabosti i koji bi bili pravci za buduća istraživanja roda i transformacionog liderstva.
