Sažetak
Najnoviji svetski fenomen turizam, uslovljava niz novih procesa i pojava Procesi i pojave u turizmu manifestuju se svojom složenošću, čije fenomene treba identifikovati i rasvetliti sa različitih aspekata. Turizam je jedan od faktora rasta svetske ekonomije, najveća izvozna industrija, značajan faktor deviznog priliva i izvor dodatne vrednosti nerazvijenih prostora. Rast turizma u globalnim razmerama je posledica široko rasprostranjene liberalizacije, koja se snažno eksponira na svetskom turističkom tržištu, kao i promena u makro i mikro okruženju usled ekonomskih, tehnoloških demografskih, prirodnih, političko-pravnih i socijalno-kulturnih. Trend za održivim stepenom interakcije čoveka i prirode, prirode i turizma, kao i čoveka i turizma, je nova paradigma razvoja turizma u globalnim razmerama usmerena ka sve probirljivijim klijentima i zahtevima za novim destinacijama i proizvodima. Nova filozofija usmerena je ka iznalaženju novih strategija razvoja turizma u funkciji očuvanja i poboljšanja kvaliteta životne sredine zadovoljenje sve rastućih turističkih potreba uz ostvarenje ekonomskih efekata. Neophodno je, poznavati trendove ispoljene na turističkom tržištu i percepcije turista koje ih opredeljuju ka izboru određene destinacije prepoznati i razumeti tražnju za turističkim proizvodima u odnosu na konkurente, i kreirati takvu ponudu i proizvod koji će motivisati turiste da ih kupuju. Dosadašnji trend razvoja turizma u svetu odlikuje se globalnom orijentacijom velikih preduzeća u međunarodnom poslovanju, njihov dinamičan rast i razvoj širenjem poslovnih aktivnosti u tim razmerama. Procena, da će se u budućnosti nastaviti uzlazni trend ovih snažnih tendencija, neophodno je sagledati i definisati njihove osnovne odlike, proučiti iskustva drugih zemalja pogotovo sa stanovišta razvoja turizma, odnosno, tendencije i trendovi na koje treba računati u budućem turističkom razvoju Srbije.
Abstract
The newest global phenomenon - Tourism, requires wide range of new processes and features. In tourism those processes and features are manifested in all their complexity, whose phenomenon should be identified and explained from different aspects. Tourism is one of the major factors of growth of the Global economy, the highest export industry, significant factor of foreign-exchange intake and source of value-added underdeveloped regions. Tourism expansion in global scale is the consequence widely diffused liberalization, which has been forcefully exposured on global tourism market as macro and micro-environment due to economic, technologic, demographic natural, political-legal and socio-cultural changes. Trend towards sustainable level of interaction between man and nature, nature and tourism also man and tourism is the new paradigm of tourism development in global proportions, aimed to clients with more selective demands and demands for new destinations and products. New philosophy is directed towards researching the new strategies, tourism development in the sense of preservation and upgrading of natural environment, satisfying of increasing tourism needs and realization of economic effects. Ii is necessary to be informed about trends manifested on tourism market, perceptions of tourists which are the key factors in process of selection of certain destinations, recognizing and understanding of demand for tourism products related to competition, and creating such Tourist supply and product which will motivate tourists to buy them. Previos forementioned global tourism development trend is distinguished by global orientation of big companies in international business, their dynamic growth and development by expending business activities in those proportions. It has been estimated that ascending trend of these powerful tendencies will continue in the future so it is important to consider and define their basic attributes, to examine experiences of other countries especially from the aspect of tourism development, as well as tendencies and trends which ought to be counted on in the future development of Serbian tourism.
