Sažetak
Cilj ovog rada je istraživanje odnosa između vlasništva banaka (stranih i domaćih) i profitabilnosti banaka u tri države jugoistočne Evrope, Bugarske, Makedonije i Srbije koristeći pojedinačne podatke banke. Postoji puno empirijskih dokaza da banke sa stranim vlasništvom imaju bolje rezultate. Ovo je posledica boljeg korporativnog upravljanja u ovim bankama koji se manifestuju sa boljim sistemom upravljanja rizicima. U mikro menadžmentu, bolji sistem upravljanja rizicima prikazan je u boljim kriterijumima za odobravanje, strožijem i nepristrasnom procesu, boljem sistemu praćenja i proaktivnijoj strategiji. Ovo dovodi do boljeg kvaliteta kreditnog portfelja i boljih pokazatelja učinka. Ovaj rad će istražiti ovu hipotezu na osnovu uzorka 24 banke iz tri države kroz serije podataka ROE za period 2008-2016.
